Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, venmo, cashapp and zelle. In the case of late or non-payment, Sacramento Gutter Cleaning reserves the right to charge interest or pursue collection actions.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Sacramento Gutter Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule the service for the safety of our team and your property.
4. Property Access
It is the responsibility of the property owner to provide safe and adequate access to gutters and rooflines. We are not liable for services that cannot be performed due to access restrictions, such as locked gates or unsafe roofing conditions. In such cases, additional charges for a return visit may apply.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to perform our services safely and effectively, Sacramento Gutter Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to gutters, roofs, or downspouts. We will notify you of any visible damage before beginning the service. We are also not liable for damages caused by external factors, such as extreme weather or conditions beyond our control.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to address and resolve the issue. Refunds and discounts are offered at our discretion and only if Sacramento Gutter Cleaning deems it necessary.
